WORK EXPERIENCE
Internee at Pakistan Oilfields Limited, Meyal 04th Aug, 2014 – 31st Aug, 2014 During my internship, I got practical as well as technical experience of extracting oil from crude oil and how sulphur is taken out from sour gas. I was also introduced with the production of LPG. Internee at Lafarge Pakistan, Kallar kahar 30th Jun, 2014 – 28th Jul, 2014 During my internship period, I learned the entire cement making process right from quarry area to dispatch. I have been allocated in different departments to get an overview of the entire functionality of the plant. Internee at Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila 28th Jun, 2013 – 25th Jul, 2013 I was introduced to different shops like Machine, Assembly, Heat treatment, Fabrication, Pattern, and Forging shop to gain knowledge about manufacturing and also in NDT laboratory, Production Planning and control. FINAL YEAR PROJECT
Numerical Investigation of the mixing effects of algae ponds with solar radiation To maximize biofuel production from algae cells, each particle requires uniform nutrients supply. To achieve this uniformity, turbulency is required to cause mixing to move cells in and out of light while keeping the turbulency in check so that the shear stresses do not exceed the critical value which would otherwise damage the particles. Our task is to study the hydraulic characteristics of algae pond by implementing 3D paddle wheel and multiphase flow in pond. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Proficient or familiar with a vast array of software's including: ANSYS Pro-E AutoCad C/C++
Solidworks Comsol Microsoft Office
SEMESTER PROJECTS
Structural analysis of thin wall beam on ANSYS.
Fabricate a moveable bridge which pivots upward on horizontal axis. Design & modeling was carried out in solid works.
Implementation of Hooken straight line mechanism in a tennis ball machine. Design was done in solid works.
Design and modeling of gearbox of a car was created in solid works and detailed analysis was carried out.
Fabricate a wheel through which hydroelectricity was produced. Modeling and stress analysis was done in Pro-E and Pro Mechanica.
