As per judgement dated 21.01.2015 in civil Appeal No(s) 4389/2010, the Hon'ble Supreme

Court constituted an Expert Committee in order to deal with the issue of seniority of SDES(T)

restored as per seniority lists I to XVII drawn in 1993 and thereafter and to consider the interests

of different groups affected by the.iudgement. The Expert Committee was provided with copy of

the tentative seniority lists lto XVll along with the names of SDEs(T) promoted as per DPC 1998 etc

for consideration. The said lists have been generally accepted and held td be correct.

2. On scrutiny of the tentative seniority lists on 22.05.2OL5, the Expert Committee has

insisted that columns relating to DoB and QualifyinB year/month/Recruitment Year left blank in

respect of the individual office(s) may be updated and revised lists submitted on 29.06.2015. The'

particulars of Staff Number, Date of Birth, Recruitment year in JTO(JE), Month and year of qualifying

examination in respect of many ofthe officers of seniority/qualifying quota inthe lists, particularly

upto serial number 6000, have been left blank as they had retired/quit service prior to the

formation of BSNL in the year 2000. The omitted particulars are not found in the available records

sent bV DoT. Circle offices concerned from where these SDEs(T) had quit/retired from service must

be having the necessary particulars.

3. The tentative lists are enclosed. Circle office{s) concerned are requested to provide the

missing particulars of staff Number, Date of Birth, Recruitment year, Qualifying month and year in

the enclosed lists and send the requisite information in consolidated form for each Circle through

email at ******@*****.*** by 20.06.20\ 5 positivel), so as to submit before the

Committee, formed by Hon"ble Supreme Court, before 29.6.2015.
