IPCL has been a reputed vendor of India’s leading Auto manufacturer and exports its product into global market.

Responsibilities:

Study, Interpret, Draw (Auto-cad) and analyze engineering drawing.

Prepare/Review and approve QCP in line with specification & Code requirement.

Inspection of Foundry and precisely Machined components.

NDT (PT, MP & RGT Film interpretation).

Operation, calibration maintenance and Repairing of various types of Digital, Mechanical & Optical Measuring Instrument, pressure gauges, Temp. Sensor (Thermocouple), indicator, controller, recorder etc.

Active member of a team of QA/QC and handled successfully 5meter wide Plate Mill project (Under technical guidance of VAI SEIMENS) for Essar steel Hazira.
