1.Have done dissertation work in Well Stimulation Services ONGC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat for a period of 6 months.

2.Worked as a High Skilled Operator in Coke Oven Plant (By product plant) under INDU PLANT SERVICES Pvt., ltd at JSW, Karnataka from Dec 2012 to Oct 2013.

3.Have done apprenticeship in HPCL, Visakhapatnam during a period of 6 months

4.Have done apprenticeship in RCL, Visakhapatnam during a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Regular steaming of blowers to release tar content.

Worked in Effluent treatment plant and maintained the operating parameters.

Hands on experience of operating the valves, pumps, blowers, PGC, distillation column etc.

Operational management of the equipment in the gas processing such as Exhauster, Pumps, Primary gas coolers, Distillation columns, Scrubbing columns, Foam thickeners, Centrifuges, Ammonia decomposition furnace

Handled the control of operations in DCS as a trainee.

Responsible for safe and smooth operation of plant in shift from field

Routine checkup and changeover of pumps and other equipment’s

Co-ordinate with service department for routine maintenance work.

To accepts responsibility of the job from the outgoing shift operator. The hand over process occurs in the unit operators' shelter.

To read the Operators' log book and understand clearly the plant status.

Ensures a safe working environment at all times and demonstrate commitment and involvement to Company's HSE policy.

Upon the emergency situation (such as flammable and toxic gas leak, fire & threat to any equipment damage) report to respective Panel Operator and Shift controller.

Projects Undergone:

1.Experimental studies for the development of HP & HT fracturing fluids up to 2000C.

2. Adsorption of chromium using industrial effluent by activated carbon.

3. Coke oven plant and by-products
