Duty & Responsibility:
As liaison officer in collaboration and coordination with National AIDS Commission, Ministry of Health (MOH), Indonesian Medical Association (IMA), National Narcotic Bureau (NNB), Government Of Indonesia (GOI), GFATM and other key stakeholders in Harm Reduction (HR) program implementation
Assist in operational, financial and compliance activities to ensure effective and efficient implementation in delivering projects in accordance with GRM Procedures (SOPs) and Guidelines
Monitor and evaluate HR program implementation in primary health centres, hospitals and NGOs and scale up HR services
Assist in building and scalling up Care, Support and Treatment (CST) program initiative including Prevention Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) in Primary Health Centres (PHCs) and hospitals in many provinces; work closely to NGOs and other stakeholders as well monitoring and evaluating this program
Support for capacity building/training related to HR such as outreach programs, needle syringe programs (NSP) and methadone maintenance therapy (MMT), and police advocacy
Support for capacity building/training related to Care, Support and Treatment
(CST), PITC (Provider Initiated Testing and Counselling), Sexual Transmitted Diseases (STD), Universal Precautions (UP), collaboration TB – HIV and other trainings for General Practitioner, Hospital Doctor, Community Doctors and, other health staffs;
Develop, implement and monitor procedures, policies and standards for IMA, MOH, etc
Represent HCPI in meetings, negotiations, seminars and forums
