As the lead analyst, Mr. Woodcock managed the day-to-day activities of a team of application developers and test engineers. He conducted process reviews, requirements analysis and after-action reviews with users to improve the operational posture of the Department of Defense - Case Management System (DoD-CMS) Call Center Application. He developed technical and workflow process diagrams that helped document the system. He reviewed, tested and deployed system enhancements, updates and patches using an approved system update schedule. He created, managed and transitioned the organizational SharePoint site collection with over seventy users to support the Vets4Warriors program. He conducted needs assessments, process planning meetings and user interviews to improve the design of the SharePoint site collections for multiple DoD clients. He planned and implemented two large migration efforts from the enterprise SharePoint site collections to the DoD-CMS. He developed and conducted both virtual and face to face training sessions for SharePoint and DoD-CMS users. He provided weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports required by the customer which included all required data metrics. He produced and maintained all SharePoint and CMS operational documentation throughout the lifecycle to include process maps, wireframes, operational change requests, user manuals, and release notes.

Analyst, National Resource Directory (NRD) 08/12 – 10/13

Serving as the Data Content Manager for NRD, Mr. Woodcock developed policy and processes to manage over 15,000 contacts and hyperlinks within the NRD on a daily basis. He acted as the curator of news and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). He directed and managed all external outreach to NRD users and organizations through their email system, Facebook, Twitter, and GovDelivery. He increased messaging content tenfold across multiple social media platforms. Mr. Woodcock streamlined the quality assurance process, verifying the edibility of organizations requesting to be listed on the NRD. He created and maintained the SharePoint site collections to better support other WCP organizations, He also managed the project documentation libraries and a variety of online databases that tracked user feedback.

Analyst, DoD/VA Collaboration Services 09/10 – 08/12

Mr. Woodcock provided audio and visual support for over thirty Secretary level DoD and VA meeting and conference facilities. He provided regular status briefings to senior staff prior to start of larger meetings. He coordinated and managed all briefing materials, actions memoranda and weekly status reports for senior staff. He created and managed multiple SharePoint site collections to support the DoD/VA collaboration efforts, He managed the project documentation libraries and a variety of databases that tracked user feedback.

Booz Allen Hamilton 03/06 – 09/10

Associate, Army DIMHRS Program 03/08 – 09/10

As the Infrastructure and Collaboration Team Lead for Booz Allen and contracting staff, Mr. Woodcock managed the installation and lifecycle needs of the facilities and collaboration tools used on the DIMHRS project. He planned and managed staffing matrices and conferencing needs for DIMHRS ADEC Training Center. He designed, implemented, and managed the conference centers two state of the art conference room to include training users and staff on all IT/AV systems, managing over 5,000 training events and facilitating the conferences themselves. He also support the three classrooms located at the facility as well. Mr. Woodcock also served as designer, administrator and trainer for the Army’s DIMHRS SharePoint Program Management Environment (PME).

Senior Consultant, System Resource Center 03/06 – 03/07

As a Schedule Coordinator for the Hamilton Conference Center, Mr. Woodcock helped manage eight audio/visual enabled conference rooms and a 5,000 seat auditorium. He coordinated schedules and requirements with the customers, enabled the AV technologies, and provided support as needed during the meetings. He tracked equipment for service life maintenance needs and replacement recommendations and performed preventive maintenance. He developed and provided internal training content to client staff on multiple information technology and audiovisual systems. He designed and improved SharePoint sites using Microsoft SharePoint 2003 Designer.

FC Business Systems – Information Manager/Computer Programmer 05/01 – 03/06

Mr. Woodcock designed and managed two conference rooms that provided complete audio and video conferencing capabilities. He was the lead designer and manager of SharePoint 2003 environment including the various companion software and hardware packages. He managed the development and release of publicly releasable information for Product Manager Ground Combat Command System – Army (PM GCCS-A) program. He oversaw and managed the internal communication processes for the product office and served as graphics and video editor for PM GCCS-A presentation materials.

Mr. Woodcock was responsible for editing and preparation of various evening broadcasts and special projects at The Learning Channel (TLC). He helped manage multiple video editing suites and served as assistant editor/supervisor during editing sessions.
