Provided professional services by performing and conducting parking inventory to determine their capacity and make recommendations for the town of Aguadilla, P.R.
Acquire the data of the geometry of various intersections and determine the times of the traffic lights for the town of Aguadilla, P.R. JOHNSON & JOHNSON–JANSSEN ORTHO. MANATI, P.R. 2014 Field Engineer – Supervise Construction Projects
Review projects specifications and contract drawings to ascertain accuracy and completeness.
Monitored and evaluated contractor’s progress and schedule updates.

Challenge: Just days from breaking ground, there was doubt shed on the structural integrity of steel framing to support 18” steel pipe for an industrial build project. Stepped in to revise calculations of another civil engineer, provide a second structural and geotechnical assessment and render a new structural solution.
Action: Studied soil profile, conducted stability analysis to determine foundation dimension, designed steel reinforcement using ACI 318-11 code, beam and column via ETABS to support steel pipe.
Results: Senior Engineer with many years of experience reviewed and approved design. Plan was approved with no changes, safely installed and in operation today.
