Experience :

Sound knowledge of FDA and cGMP Regulations

Checking the Raw Material/ API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) for Quality

Labeling the raw materials and supping it into Quality Control Laboratory for analysis.

Visual inspection of Finished Products (Tablets or Capsules) at an interval of half an hour.

Accurately weighing the tablets and capsules using the weighing balance.

Experienced in using Calibers, and Hardness Testers.

Checking the batch number of all components (packaging materials and raw materials)

Checking the lot number for raw materials (Active and Inactive Pharmaceutical Ingredients)

Verifying the manufacturing date and the expiration of all the products.

To make sure the quality of both the products and the work place.

Give the line clearance and approval for finished products.

Check if the machine is properly cleaned or not.

Checking, labeling and taking samples of the products at each level of production.

Making sure in a timely basis that the products or the raw materials are free from any type of contamination.

Give directions and supervising another team members in order to ensure maximum quality.

Checking the hardness, thickness, and size of all products (capsules/tablets).

Responsible to train new employees in the Encapsulation and Tablet Manufacturing Departments

Responsible to trouble shoot the Encapsulation issues and compression

Detailed knowledge of different capsule machine and compression machines

Completing the documentation and maintaining of Encapsulation Department and Compression Operation.

Following SOP and safety procedure.

Assigning and coordinating duties and responsibilities of other team members.

Follow all procedures and ensure all the documentation are properly included and completed

Detailed knowledge of different Capsule machines, tablet press machine, and tools which include:

Qualifications:

A conscientious, detail oriented, hard working, individual with extensive training and experience in capsule and tablet manufacturing

Excellent skill in maintaining and trouble shooting tablet pressing and encapsulation equipments.

Very good knowledge about cGMP and SOP.

Knowledge and technical skills in meeting deadlines, quality assurance.

Skills in documentation.

Sound knowledge about the industrial safety.

Resourceful and productive with ability to plan, co-ordinate and implement.

Efficient in handling the data and their tabulation

Experience in supervising different manufacturing operations
