Provisioning is a vital component of RM Unify – a product which uses windows cloud to provide single sign on for various apps used in the education domain. It collects the data from the client systems (more than 3000 schools), stores the relevant information in the RM Unify database and shares the data required for single sign on with apps.
Unify Launch Pad forms the user Interface system of RM Unify. It allows the user to login as admin and provide the access to various roles for apps present in an app library. Users can login to these apps using a single username and password.

GHI Prime Validation tool is a tool developed for the insurance firm PRIME. The tool is primarily used to verify the data provided by the clients of the firm. Then the call center agent or fax processor of the firm logs in to the application to see these details. These details are then updated with the latest information acquired from the client either through call or fax.

Production Dashboard application is a powerful workflow based tool that enable OPI team across a diverse range of process and sub process to manage their day-to-day operational tasks in an efficient manner. The essential features of this application are:
1. Provides facility to configure the data field (specific to each process/sub process) that needs to be captured.
2. Provides facility to configure various activities for sub process such as preprocessing, processing, review, re-review etc.
3. Provides facility to configure the dashboards and screen for such sub process activity.
4. Allows creating, assigning, tracking and management of sub process level tasks/work items.
5. Provides fully configurable workflow for each sub process that enables efficient routing of work items.

Description:
Simple AP is an account processing system, which simplifies all the account related processes of OPI. This project is a workflow based invoice approval system where vendor invoices coded and processed by an AP Clerk are approved by one or many approvers.
Simple AP application has been designed to provide the users, a easy way to process and get approval within the organization (OPI).
Invoices reaches OPI desk through email, fax etc. These invoices are scanned and stored as an image in a central document management system called On Base. Through Simple AP application invoice image from the On Base are displayed to the AP Clerk. AP Clerk views the invoice image codes the important aspects of the invoice in certain forms and send it for approval by the higher authorities. Approvers view the invoice image as well as the coded invoice and approve/reject the invoice. The approved invoice can go to higher level approvers for approval according to the invoice amount.
The approved invoice is then posted in to an ERP system called GPS (Microsoft Great Plane systems) by an Account processing Reviewer.
