Led the first JPM Chase Go-Live Team and event in Chicago with the ten Pilot clients. Developed a project plan for each pilot client, set expectation of performance and worked with the clients to ensure the new application met their business needs.
Successfully grew the State of Michigan Procurement card program by analyzing credit card usage in each department, developing spend strategies, developing work plans and integrating each department into their strategy. Grew the State of Michigan JPM Chase PaymentNet application into a program with 3,200 active users, representing $42M in spending.

Lead a remote team in design and delivery of PaymentNet, a single system business credit card application that manages all aspects of card programs and is utilized by over 1,000 clients.
Transitioned team from a “waterfall” type application delivery to “agile” methodology of application delivery.

State of Michigan Procurement Card Administrator (2002 – 2009)
Improved financial positioning by creating and implanting program standards that allowed the State of Michigan to receive over $500k in annual rebates from JPM Chase.
Led aggregation of fourteen Legacy organizations into one PaymentNet 3 organization. Developed project plans, expectations, and requirements for each State department.
Enhanced access by initiating a hierarchy structure with employee IDs, accounts, constraints and Merchant Groups.
