Responsible for P&L of multiple international sites. Utilizing ERP tools to meet cost reduction objectives thorough process improvements. Opened new Eastern Europe production sites and subcontracted with Chinese firms. GAAP used for Auditing processes to measure business improvements. Responsibilities included:

2002 to 2008 President, Mer Co. LTD., an international turnkey telecommunications and security Design and Integration company.
Mer Co. is a worldwide company with $200M in revenues. Recruited as the first US subsidiary president. Designed, implemented and managed operations, finance, manufacturing, sales and marketing functions. Setup the first US. Project included managing the design and construction process from spec to completion. Hiring personnel followed by orientation and training to ensure performance level whereby all aspects of operations would be performed at the desired level. Set HR policies, finance procedures, strategic supplier programs. Mer won government defense projects, as such, Management decisions resulted in meeting mandatory methods for streamline processes and improvements for which SOW, RFx and GAAP policies were enforced. Compliance was measured through third party accounting firms and periodic auditing by government inspectors. Activities included;

1989 to 2002 President and Founder, Solutioneering Inc., Engineering Research Company.
Founded a company offering product development from concept to full production. Raised investment needed to start operations. Solutioneering vision was to continuously adapt the company’s engineering disciplines to emerging technologies. The company’s engineering core competency shifted with time from Bio Electronic to PC – Based technologies and later to cellular communication and security. Continuous evolution of engineering personnel and tools was the key to successes. Within the first 8 years all the investors were bought out and I became the sole proprietor of the company.
1985-1989 Senior R&D Engineer, Pain Suppression Labs Inc.
Worked as an RnD development engineer for “TENS” units. The units are used to control blood chemical levels through electric stimulation. Product market grew rapidly, success got the attention of medical insurance companies and production went offshore.
