Planner (03/14-Present)

Directly engaged with Engineering Manager to lead a team of technicians for the total preventative maintenance program. Also highly involved with the planning and scheduling of all plant outages.

Initially managed 13 million dollar facility renovation and installation of various manufacturing equipment. (project was completed on time and under budget)

Upon project completion, I was asked to lead and develop site maintenance program to include implementation of maintenance management program within SAP system, identify personnel and the creation of inspection point logs on all equipment.

Control Room Operator (09/02 – 09/06)

Responsible for the duties of Control Room Operator including efficient plant operations, maintaining plant emissions in accordance with state and federal regulations, plant wide operational cognizance, and coordination of plant wide maintenance.

Responsible for the performance of Auxiliary Operators duties including routine maintenance, safe plant operation, daily rounds completion and reporting.

Perform the duties of lead electrical technician in conjunction with the duties of control room operator to include all systems ranging from 480 V to 230 KV including all emergency and protective systems.

Responsible for the oversight and management of daily chemistry logs and the actions to correct discrepancies including multiple system chemistry control, sampling systems maintenance and operation.

Circulation water system expert, including associated fans, tower media, pumps, heat exchangers, condenser, and circulation water transport systems.
