Program/project management for infrastructure building/facilities projects for multi campuses & satellite stations. Prepare capital outlay & maintenance budgets. Develop and implement facility goals and policies, including the short-term/ long-range strategic plans. Train, & manage engineers, designers & tradesmen& evaluate their performance. Manage design, drawings, specifications, prequalification & RFPs/RFQs, award contracts. Manage design/build of Buildings including: HVAC works (chilled water system, district cooling system, Single/Multi Splits-VRV), plumbing, electrical installations, security system, fire alarm/fighting, IT installations. Owner’s representative. Responsibilities include coordination with architects/engineers, critical facility commissioning agents, property managers, bank project/portfolio managers, client, engineering services, operations team, general contractors, subs, vendors & suppliers. Project planning: client orientation, scope of work, preparation of estimates/budget & RFP, bid leveling & contract award. Respond to RFI, ASI, CVI.
