Responsible for the supervision of the pastoral counseling staff. Created and developed the St. Luke Institute Psycho-Spiritual Assessment Tool. Conducted individual psycho-spiritual assessments for the diagnostic treatment team, 7-10 individual and 2 group therapy sessions weekly. Educational seminars for both clients and professional staff. development and integration of pastoral skills of seminarians within a state prison. Weekly supervision

A course on psycho social/sexual development and the relationship to a celibate lifestyle and spiritual development Given at the request of my religious superior to 50 graduate and undergraduate seminarians in Bangalore and Thrissur, India. May-June 2002

“Living a Celibate Way of Life”. A two day workshop given in conjunction with Rev. Robert Leavitt, S.S. And Rev. Corbin Eddy at St. Mary’s Seminary and University. My presentation was on the psychological aspects of a celibate lifestyle. March 2002.

“The Psychology and Spirituality of Our Faith”. Four lectures given to the parishioners of St. Joseph’s Parish, Bromley, England. July 2001.

“The Art of Supervision”. A one day workshop for the Field Placement Supervisors of St. Mary’s Seminary and University. October 1998.

“A Pastoral Approach to the Gay Adolescent”. A one day workshop given at the request of the Superintendent of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. This workshop was mandatory for all high school principals and counselors. Workshop repeated for the bishops of the Province of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati at the request of Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk. January, April, 1995.
