A member can access claims, coverage, and general health information as well as decision-support tools. The application provides features like Registration and Login, Self Service Center including Doc Finder, Request Replacement Cards and Change PCP.

The transcriptionist will be able to maintain the status of the transcriptionist until the dictations have been transcribed. They will have the ability to change the status, priority and who transcribes the dictation. This Web Site is currently used by the USA, Canada and Indian Transcriptionist of MCN. Site also maintains the admin view.
