Responsible for 24/7 revenue platform operations for automating healthcare claims processing of both paper and electronic forms and interface to PCI systems. Set priorities, plan and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets, capacity management, allocate resources and enforce organizational procedures. Supervise applications and infrastructure staff managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows desktops, Redhat Linux, Apache, and Microsoft Exchange.

Managed corporate and client-facing portals to ensure appropriate data security, access, and integration throughout corporate locations including firewall and network security strategies.
