Maintain a spread sheet of color change scrap, and report on the progress at our monthly management meeting. Attend daily staff meetings to review plans for the day. Conduct bi-weekly shift meetings to cover customer complaints and also applaud employees for a job well done. Have monthly safety meetings, and review the safety topic of the month. Conduct AIB audit twice monthly to insure that AIB standards are met. Make sure all 5s procedures are followed, and work with a Kan Ban system in the warehouse. Attend weekly management meeting to cover customer complaints, work closely with the Quality Department on solving issues, and finding the root cause of the problem. As a member of the Safety Committee, I made sure all safety procedures were followed. I also reduced labor cost on first and second shift through lean manufacturing.
