FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITES:

Install, maintain, operate and repair complete product line of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM’s) and Small Dual Beam Microscopes (SDB’s).

Troubleshoot and solve and complex problems encompassing the complete system including electrical, mechanical, imaging, computer platform and vacuum system issues.

Completed several training courses in customer service, effective communication, Troubleshooting practices and Professionalism.

Service Engineer over a customer base of 22 Microscopes including the XL30 Tungsten and Field Emission Gun (FEG), XL40 Tungsten and FEG, Dual Beam 235, Quanta Tungsten and FEG lines, NovaNano SEM (FEG) and Nova NanoLab (Ion Beam and FEG). MCF RESPONSIBILITES:

Install, maintain, operate and repair all metallographic equipment: DIscotom, Exotom, Zeiss Microscopes, Hot Mounting Presses, Semi Automatic Polishers, Manual Polishers, Vacuum Impregnators, Low Speed Saws, Techcut Saws, and Serial Sectioning Saws.
