Working with Tom Sonney in building 10 Station 3, overseeing the construction of phase two of the Lean line. I also helped with the materials presentation and quality in-process inspection changes. When the construction was completed I oversaw the assembly and testing of the Air Float Air Bearings while continuing with my quality and materials duties. I served as the 3rd shift Trmp.QTA for a short period of time. I was also responsible for the implementation of the Fume sucker welders and working through the startup issues. Contract completed

Organized and developed 3rd party sort room procedures and policies according to the host company’s product and quality requirements. Create lesson plans and present training as required according to the contract. Plan and conduct system audits to the standard being used at the host company.
