Business Analyst (Consultant) for International Finance Corporation (IFC) which is part of the World Bank Group whose primary focus is to help developing countries achieve sustainable growth by financing investment, mobilizing capital in international financial markets, and providing advisory services to businesses and governments.
Served as a lead Business Analyst for the project which involved developing an enterprise wide search solution that would serve as a “one stop shop for all searches”. This search engine aimed at searching across several enterprise systems, achiving an enhanced user experience and consequently increased staff productivity. Using the new system the largest and complex queries could be run in minutes, accurate reports could be generated which led to providing the customers with timely and accurate information.
