PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Position : Quality Engineer Dec 2010-Present Cleveland Tungsten Pte Ltd (SINGAPORE)

(Powder and Metal industry )

Coordinate closely with customers and suppliers relating to quality issues, performance, trends and corrective action. Work with production team to investigate and to resolve issues and generate corrective and preventive action.

Generate 8D/ 5P report for all customer claims. Responsible for root cause analysis and corrective actions on all product customer complaints, returned material and in process quality issues. Provides proposals for quality improvement.

Perform Supplier audits to Verify compliance and effectiveness of the quality system and implementation of corrective actions

Timely processing of nonconforming materials and in charge in the disposition.

Perform Periodic Audits of the quality system at the production area to ensure that is effectively established and maintained in compliance with ISO Standards

Implement and maintains the calibration of Test and measurement tools
