Provided training to new associates on all store retail functions. Assisted store manager with cash management and store profitability. Installation Specialist May 2009 to August 2012

Facilities Service Corporation performed installation services for the Furniture and Industrial Equipment industries. Clients included office furniture manufacturers and dealers, manufacturers and distributors of industrial equipment, and general contractors. Responsible for planning and executing the efficient installation of office furniture and industrial equipment. Installation experience includes various types of office cubicles, desk systems, storage rack, lockers, wall panel systems, and cranes. Worked closely with installation team and team lead to insure installations were completed on time and within budget. Worked directly with customers and end users during installation to ensure the customer expectations were exceeded. May 2009 to August 2012 – worked summers and breaks.

OLATHE YOUTH BASEBALL Olathe, KS

Summer League Umpire June 2010 to August 2011

Worked as a little league baseball umpire for the Olathe Youth Baseball organization. Complete responsibility for managing the games for (8) to (12) year old teams. Responsible for ensuring: games started and ended on time; game rules/regulations were followed; participant safety; participants/spectators behaved in a sportsman like manner. The position required quick and accurate decision making, a thorough understanding of the baseball rules, the ability to work independently, and the ability to deal with the public diplomatically.
