ARNOLD MAGNETIC TECHNOLOGIES -- MARENGO, IL (10/14 to Present)

Group Lead Inspector in the Inspection Department

In charge of 3-4, sometimes up to 6 employees to make sure we get our required shipments done on a daily basis. Work closely with Customer Service Reps, Product Facilitators and Engineers.

Fundamental knowledge and training of Export shipments of parts, weekly Mag Seal orders and composition identification. Know when and how to scrap out parts that do not meet the testing AQL standards.

On a weekly basis, I do a warehouse cycle count, physically count the parts and make sure our numbers are correct with what we have in Syteline for future orders for our customers.

Prioritizing jobs for the day, filing, using the Certs program on the computer, making labels, receiving in Incoming/Outgoing Vendor jobs, and handle 1st Article pieces with proper paperwork.

Making sure our testing of AQL’s and paperwork are done correctly. Magnetize or de-magnetize parts for the orders making sure the orders are packed according to customers packing instructions for secure shipments.

BROWN PRINTING (NOW QUAD GRAPHICS) – WOODSTOCK, IL 60098 (2000 -- 2014)

Continuously monitor assembly/production/shipping and receiving while working closely with Customers, Account Managers/Customer Service Reps and Sales Reps to provide technical and administrative support.
