In the past 17 years, I have help manage and operate A family owned and operated connivance store, my
duties included purchasing, employee discipline, auditing of books and daily count sheets, evaluating product cost, inventory control, all banking needs, including nightly deposits. During the same time I also owned and operated a small trophy business, filing all state and federal tax form requirements, all while working a full time job in production management ranging from plant superintendent down to production supervisor.

I have 26 years management experience in production manufacturing. Positions ranging from Production Supervisor, Quality control shift manager, 3 years of Plant Superintendent in charge of two shifts and an average of 75 employees. Extensive background in food and employee safety programs, CNC operations, Lean manufacturing, budgeting and cost reduction teams, saving the company over $500,000 in two years, inventory control, employee evaluation involving discipline and pay rate, interviewing and hiring of new employees.

Responsibilities; Manage and maintain all aspects of store, ensure that food area meets health inspections, ordering and stocking of stock, ensure all stock is organized and clean, pay role, employee relations, hire team members, do any corrective action as needed, certify all daily cash drawers, fill out daily deposits and deposit them to the bank and handling of customer complaints.

Developed and implemented safety procedures, along with a production improvement plan which resulted in company savings of over $500K in two year. Led a team of workers to perform production and quality control checks. 3 years of plant superintendent of a 2 shift operation, during the time of plant relocation and shut down, safety trainer, quality control manager, leader of budgeting committee, leader of inventory control.

I am a husband of 25 years and father of two children and one grandchild. I am the associate pastor of Jaybird Church for the past 8 years. I have served as president of the Little League and also as president of the Pony League boards, I have also served for 10 years on a community development board, on which I have wrote federal and state grants in excess of $90,000.
