Experience Highlights
Allied Reliability Group, Charleston, SC 2014 - Present
Lead Analyst, Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, OK. September 2014 to present
Responsibilities
Management of the Master Technology Schedule
Maintain schedule with over 560 assets of various types including Electrical and Mechanical Devices and components.
Schedule Compliance and Route Adherence
Maintain route adherence over 95%. Route adherence is crucial in discovery of any potential failures affecting safe and reliable operation of facility equipment.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analysis of data collected using Vibration, Infrared and Ultrasound technologies has resulted in diagnosis and reporting of faults including:
Electrical fault in variable frequency drive motor controller for air circulating service to critical areas of the hospital. Failure to repair electrical fault would result in loss of essential life service to operating rooms and critical patient care areas.
Detection of eminent bearing failure in motor for air circulating system allowed planning for motor replacement with no interruption in service. Failure to replace motor would result in loss of essential life service to operating rooms and critical patient care areas.
