Final Test Technician-Bruker Daltoncs. 07/24/2013 - Present

Tune and preform final test on Gas Chromatograph and Mass Spectrometer configuration Instruments- SCION (GC-MS) products: GC-Triple Quad Scion (GC-TQ) configuration or GC-Single Quads Configuration (GC-SQ). Performance of injectors and detectors using factory testing procedures and ATP standard procedure.

Use troubleshooting skills to determine problems and take corrective action to resolve them.

Check for proper calibration of test equipment.

Provide Feedback to assembly personnel to identify failure trends.

Provide failure report on final test defects and cycle time.

Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.

Prepare dilutions and samples using wet chemistry skills.

Use Compass Data system to control GC and Work Station Software for MS verifies chromatographic response.

Use of ERP systems, specifically SAP- to ensure the material process for test instruments.

Work in an ISO 13485:2003 & ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturing environment

Help out in the final assembly of the GCMS instrument. Clean parts and make sure incoming parts are within specs.
