Corporate Services Migration : Set up of Microsoft infrastructure and services including Exchange, AD, Forefront, SCOM, SCCM, SCSM, DPM, FIM, ADRMS, Symantec and SharePoint, successful migration of more than 16 TB of exchange and archive data from the parent company
Infrastructure Security : Managed IT Security Project upgraded the procedures, processes and rolled out technologies including Riverbed, F5 load balancer, Juniper, Web sense, Iron port, SEIM solutions
Oracle Upgrade: Successful rollout of R12 Oracle project with Oracle EXADATA data base and sun servers, the upgrade project enhanced the oracle services and reduced the licenses and operational cost, closed worked with implementation partner, Oracle licensing and Oracle ACS teams from the solution architecture to rollout
Infor EAM, BI and GIS: Successful roll out of the Infor EAM FM and Aseet management solution, Qlik View BI and Arc GIS solutions across business units, controlled and managed the project right from proposals inception to services roll out
