By request, created presentation for divisional vice president for conference with senior executives of client corporation portraying site operational achievements and trends in best positive light (created both narrative and charts).

By request, created system of key metric regular interval reporting, charting, extrapolation, analysis & assessment thereof for divisional vice president, detailing operational variance, additionally estimating additional financial & related resource investment necessary (inclusive of baseline budget creation) to sustain the operation when variance was projected to exceed operational tolerance and/or SOW service level stipulations.

Defined need for and created a tracking system for analysis of security infractions and communications of same with client corporate security, eliminating omissions, increasing control and significantly increasing site’s rating by client firm and confidence levels.

Created an integrated site-wide absenteeism tracking system to unify the efforts of 10 to 12 supervisors over a workforce of approx. 325 persons. Prior to this system, supervisors ran independent ad-hoc uncoordinated methods which were confusing (at best) for middle management to work with, much less effectively manage.

As a direct result of my efforts, quality of production analysis and reporting increased our ability to target weaknesses in personnel and systems and to develop solutions to solve these opportunities.
