Development and Construction Project Manager with over 25 years experience as a developer, a general contractor, with design & build firms, a consultant and mainly as a client representative. Responsibilities were performed on all types of projects including retail, industrial, high end and low cost residential, multi-family units (condos & apartments), office buildings, a hotel, restaurants, commercial centers, hospitals, an airport and a stadium as well as many roll-out programs. Excellent knowledge of all areas of project management: managing A/E firms, scheduling, cost control, HSE, LEEDS, risk management and legal.
