i) Transfer Pricing

o Preparation of transfer pricing reports which includes full scope transfer pricing reports, economic analysis updation reports, benchmarking reports, functional analysis report, conducting industry overview & research, etc

o Identification of international transactions;

o Reconciliation of international transactions with audited financial statements, notes to accounts, foreign currency transactions o Performing comparable searches for transfer pricing assignments on Indian databases such as Prowess and Capitaline Plus. Also undertaken searches earlier using the RBI / SIA website for particular royalty transactions

o Performing comparable searches for transfer pricing assignments on Foreign databases such as OneSource, ISI emerging markets, etc

o Conducting extensive searches on Indian and foreign databases from an industry perspective such as comparable search for tested party related to the industry for eg Information technology enabled services, software support services, pharmaceuticals, merchant banking and broking activities and media searchs o Reviewing annual reports of companies for purpose of comparability o Reviewing legal documentation/ agreements
