"Customer service / training Customer Service: As a long hull truck driver. The only pertion that the customer would see on their site is the driver. The driver made shear that all the paper work was done right and got the load on the truck the right way when picking up the load of boats. On the delivery side the driver got the money for load and did the paper work with the customer. Then set up the trip pack for the company. The trip pack has all of the paper work and the money for the load and the trip information like the log pages and all the receipts for the repairs and fuel for the truck. The driver had to manatee the truck in a safe manner for the trip. When picking up a boat from a private owner had to inspect the boat, load the boat and do all the paper work for the trip. Had to let the owner know what the paper work is for pulse let them know how much they need to pay and how long the trip should take. Had to call in to the trucking company daily and call the customer for the time to pick up and to drop off the load. Banquet Chef: As an exsicative chef of banquet work with the customer in the planning of the banquet. With the information untamed from the customer would work with the bakery and the beverage service to get the banquet done right. Doing this and order the food and prepare the food and the banquet hall for the customer. Some of the banquet wore for 5 thousand people and some wore for 20 people so having the right amount of people to working the right banquet was a big part of the job.
