II.CAREER OBJECTIVE
With 13 years working as a Western culinary trainer and chef, I have been trained and worked in many 4 or 5- star hotels; Deawoo Hotel, Villa Hue, Majestic Hotel, Mondorf Parc d’hotel, and now I am working at Villa Hue Hotel and Hue Tourism College with responsibilities such as cooking western food, assisting the Sous and Executive Chefs in menu creation, ordering of the stock, delivering HACCP for staff, teaching Western food, writing the menus, writing the syllabus for training program at College. I would like to make a milestone in my life working in Australia. With my qualification and admiration, I hope I have a chance to enter Australia in order to develop my western cuisine as well as introduce Vietnamese cuisine all over the world.
