My sole position or title at Griffin was Production Manager. Key
responsibilities were delegating and coordinating production runs for
shop employees on a daily basis so that customer's demands were
achieved, hired additional work force when required, Other
responsibilities were maintaining quality during production to final
packaging and shipping of goods, recording non conformances when an
issue arises and correcting or make decisions in a timely and logical
manner. I provided customer service and sales while employed at Griffin

Position: General Manager
My position as GM at C&K entailed multiple tasks and responsibilities
such as coordinating all production, quoting all coating applications
from blue print drawings or fabricated prototype sheet metal to our
parent company Electronic Metal Form as well as outside accounts. C&K
was predominately a coating company and also did a fair share of
assembly and packaging. I was also head of the Safety Committee and
responsible for keeping the MSDS/WHIMIS Log Book up to date. In addition
I coordinated shifts, prioritized and scheduled shop projects, hired,
trained, repaired and scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting of paint
lines batch booths and equipment, evaluated employees, performed
inventory on a monthly bases, purchased all materials such as masking
paraphernalia, powder coating, liquid paint and appropriate solvents and
all tools required to complete ongoing projects. I was directly involved
in coordinating all means of transportation, from courier service to
transporting goods via trailer.

Position: Plant Manager
I have maintained a Plant Managerial position with Technequip, who
specialize in the design, manufacturing and assembly of mining
machinery, for approximately 17 years. Technequip custom designs
Cyclones, Cyclo-Pacs, Tech-Taylor Ball Valves, Flotation Cells and
Knifegate Valves for the mining industry and ship to worldwide
destinations.
As Plant Manager, I was directly responsible for the production of
several departments; job costing projects per expense budgets,
purchasing of all supplies required for in house and up coming projects,
building maintenance and safety paraphernalia; design coordination with
engineering and production manager.
I have also traveled for example to Peru, U.S.A to service customers
requests due to trouble shooting, installation and or assembling
techniques as well as presentations.
