9 ACHIEVMENTS
Recognized by Custom Direct for numerous operations modifications to
processes and machinery resulting in overall capital cost-savings.
Potentially hundreds of hours in downtime and lost labor were realized due
to the inspection and engineering of equipment to sustain production
schedules.
Identified and corrected numerous drawing errors that would have resulted
in machine downtime and waste of thousands of dollars in supplies.
Scrapped defective product (Remington Arms). Quality, safety and overall
savings were maintained thru the Supply Chain Management Program for all
areas of the company.
Engineering, R&D project for LM Glasfiber (Little Rock, AR), wind power
blade manufacturing plant in Little Rock, Arkansas, that involved an
innovative method of vacuum forming and curing of structural resins.
