• As Business Analyst (BA) for the Smart M Implementation Team on the front line

• Responsible for working with global manufacturing sites (refineries and chemical plants) and

Projects & Technology (P&T) teams in process and equipment engineering

• Ensure successful implementation of Proactive Technical Monitoring (PTM) at the sites

including integration to existing Ensure Safe Production (ESP) work processes, document and socialize

best practices globally.

already in place instead of being forced to purchase a new system to achieve project/group goals.

• Continuous Improvement: Fuel Tracking Project - garage uses fuel truck delivery drivers to

fuel BP equipment and rental equipment. By tracking which piece of equipment is being

fueled, when, and volume appropriate fuel charge allocations can be made. Additionally,

stagnate equipment can be returned and taken off of rental. Led requirements gathering,

acceptance testing, and user training.

• Quality and Reliability: Warehouse Package Tracking - management can now track

packages from receiving to the truck, from the truck to respective delivery location. Time

stamp, truck number, and driver assigned can be reported. Led requirements gathering,

acceptance testing, and user training.

• Advise area master users providing solutions in the development and maintenance of

PRIDE in each area.

• Responsible for providing training, facilitating best practices, providing hardware/software

support, and ensuring the availability of system data through the system file management.

• Hardware/Software equipment support to quality action teams and meetings, this equipment

includes handheld computers, desktop computers, wireless equipment, and all associated
