Supervised 14 dental technicians assigned to the dental clinic aboard an

aircraft carrier. Provided manning for 4 dentists, and 1 Oral Surgeon.

Managed dental records for 3000 Carl Vinson personnel and 2000 embarked

staff. Ensured personnel received needed dental exams and treatment during

in-port and at-sea periods. Maintained dental readiness standards at or

above required levels through aggressive patient contact and appointment

scheduling. Responsible for an annual departmental budget of 150K.

Ensured procurement of all needed supplies, materials and equipment to

sustain operations during scheduled deployments and extended at-sea

periods. Prepared performance evaluations, officer fitness reports,
