Professional Introduction
Adaptation and implementation of a company’s products and resources are what I do best. I believe in learning the
product line, implementing the product to our customer, and finally, teaching how to implement the product and st ay within
the company’s goals and standardized product concepts.
Technology Skills
Microsoft Word AutoCAD 2D Just-In-Time Inventory Database Concepts
Microsoft Excel AutoCAD 3D Cell Manufacturing Flowcharts
FileMaker Pro AutoLISP Coding Technical Writing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Management Skills & Experiences
Balanced daily the “company vs. client needs” on $25,000 to $3,000,000 projects
Negotiated with vendors, implemented better quoting, purchasing timelines, reduced cost, improved product
responsiveness, and improved final product quality.
Procured government funding through procedures and guidelines for continued product sales
Designed databases to support sales force training needs, NordSketch 3D allowed us to design a product system and
quote in 1/3rd the time spent using AutoCAD 2D. Another company used my concepts and reduced a $400,000 non -
conformance budget by 62%, eliminated secondary manufacturing notes, improved product shipments, and did not add
personnel to the process, thus allowing more room for growth.
Evaluated potential employees and empathically worked with employees upon their release.
Maintained an efficient and effective work ethic
Engineering Skills & Experiences
Facilitated the elimination of 1,100 blue printed parts and create d a computer based system to conceive parts
parametrically (in real time as needed), over $100,000 saved in less than first year implementation.
Proposed, designed, and crafted technical manual data for front end loaders and mounting for different tractor models,
reduced -to-sales by nine months
Drafted I-beam and angle frame grandstands, learned computer aid drafting standards and technics.
Engineered mechanical structures to adapt sports lighting fixtures to customer structures such as :
o Notre Dame University – designed cantilevered platforms and installed structures in less than four weeks
to meet customer’s requirements
o Orlando Magic’s TD Waterhouse Center – Task was to install our sports fixtures into very tight spaces.
Created a mounting bracket that could rotate and swivel in different planes to work around obstacles.
o Sydney Olympic Stadium – built structures to adapt our sports lighting to large architecturally conceived
towers, stayed within the architect’s conceptual design.
o Disney’s Wild World of Sports Complex – Due to limited space and time for installation to install our
sports fixtures, I designed lighting racks to be raised with a crane and utilized a specially designed U -
bolt to attach the racks to the structure, saved several days of crane service and met customer timelines.
Manufacturing Skills & Experiences
Worked closely with Sales staff to understand the needs of the client, learned how to apply product within budget
constraints
Communicated and documented drawings by learning from production workers, improved welding quality and
reduced weld warping on machines by documenting on the blueprint the welding sequence, improved rapport with
production staff and opened communications with engineering.
Trained our sales staff to be technically-sound when speaking with end users, sales staff in turn taught me how to ask
questions and listen to understand what the customer really wanted.
Gained experience with several specialty machines including:
Whitney punch and table plasma cutters
Laser cutting equipment
Press brakes and shearing equipment for prototyping

Accounting Skills & Experience
Performed standard record keeping for four companies, one of which was self -owned and reduced inventory,
overhead, and improved accounts receivable collections.
Produced quarterly and year-end financial statements to meet banking requirements
Improved estimating accuracy and reduced the consumption of valuable engineering time resource, our team sold
33,000 sports lights with only 16,000 lighting designs, the next best region sold 16,000 sports lights using 18,000+
designs
