AS A QA/QC ENGINEER.

• To study detail requirement of Client from the P.O. and Technical Specification with a

view of quality fulfillments.

• Carry out inspection as indicated in Quality Assurance Plan (Q.A.P.) like Set-up, Welding,

Heat Treatment and Dimension follows all steps of Q.A.P.

•

•Visual & Dimensional check the products as per standard.

• To check Alignments of all unit parts.

• Fit-up and weld visual inspection as per applicable standards.

• Review of p&id and isometric drawings.

• Checking of pipe spool fabrication based on approved spool isometric drawing& bill

• Of materials

• Inspecting the Weld fit-up of joints prior to root pass and visual inspection of final

weld.

• Piping spools fit-up inspection, joint nos, weld nos records, piping spools isometric

nos/spools nos.
