SUMMARY OF PERSONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE

10 years' experience in Rotating Equipment field; previously working with

well known National Oil Company (Petronas) and reputable US based Turbo-

machinery vendor company (Dresser-Rand). Presently with Shell (Secondee to

Brunei LNG) and are sole responsible of APM project team for Rotating

Equipment. Holds Technical Authority Level 3. Apart from engineering

design, has played a major supporting role during construction and

commissioning. Overall experience mainly attributes to Engineering,

Projects, Operation, Maintenance, and Design Phases of Rotating Equipment.

Fits well in multi-culture and multi-discipline work environment. A self

starter and have strong desire for new challenges

Rejuvenation Projects

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

. Responsible to Rotating related equipments for APM projects (BLNG

Rejuvenation project)

. Act as Technical Authority (TA3) for all Rotating Equipment related

projects ensuring equipment integrity and HSEQ

. Projects include FEED, Basic Design, Detail Design, Construction, Pre-

commissioning, Commissioning until handover.

. Ensure technical integrity of design and engineering that follows DEP

(DEM1) standards and follow thru by providing engineering support to

construction and commissioning team.

. Assisted Brunei LNG Engineering team for Turnaround i.e. Entrusted for

Compressor Site Lead for Major Turnaround.

. Projects handled: Cooling Water Pump Replacements, Boil-off Gas

Compressor, New Nitrogen Plant, and New Electro-chlorinication Unit.

Major Achievement/ Task:

Holds Technical Authority Level 3. Lead project team on investigation and

repair work for CW pump project, and able to complete the project within

time frame. Currently actively involved on on-going projects i.e. BOG

compressor, IA/N2 plant, ECU (various pumps), and CoGen GTG Package (Fr

6B).

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

. Prepare Technical and Commercial Bid (during FEED or FIRM Bid) for the

D-R Major products that includes

i. D-R DATUM Centrifugal Compressor Packages.

ii. D-R Gas Turbine Packages.

. Engage and provide Technical Clarification during bid and Client meeting.

. Well verse on D-R in-house tools for Equipment sizing DATUM Compressor

. Well verse on GE Cycle-Deck tools for Equipment sizing LM2500 variants

and LM6000 Family.

. Familiar with International and Company standards (API-617, API-616, API-

671, API-614, NORSOK, ASME, Shell DEP, Chevron PAK, Petronas PTS, UOP,

etc).

. Has been performing Technical & Commercial proposal with many clients

that includes Shell, Chevron, PETRONAS, Zakum, ENI, BP, Talisman, Exxon,

TOTAL, SBM, Modec, SHI, DSME, McDermott, Technip, Saipem, EXMAR, Mustang,

Chiyoda, Samsung Techwin, Ranhill Worley, DPS, Queensland Gas, Petrofac,

Fluor, Black & Veatch etc

Major Achievement/ Task:

Out of fifteen (15) D-R PDE in Asia Pacific, only two (2) person have been

entrusted to carry dual ap placation i.e. Gas Turbine and Compressor

package.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

. Coordinate and provide technical advice for Solar Mars 90 Rolls Royce

RB211 Engine Change-out.

. Lead Dry Gas Seal refurbishment for Dresser-Rand Compressor.

. Lead and coordinate upgrading/ improvement projects that include projects

within the Compressor Stations.

. Perform Gas Turbine Health analysis utilizing M-Health program,

Thermography and System 1 for vibration.

Major Achievement/ Task:

The youngest amongst team in Technical Service Department that has been

promoted to lead one of the Technical Section i.e. Mechanical (Compressor

Stations).

Occupation/ Position Held : Process Safety Management Team Leader.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

. Team leader for Transmission Division in implementing Process Safety

Management (PSM).

. Hands-on training and implementation of PSM with DuPont for one (1) year,

including visits to DuPont Plant in Singapore.

. Lead Transmission Division in developing procedures for PSM aspects as

follows:

i. Management of Change: Custodian for MOC procedure and implementation

in our division

ii. Process Safety Information: Perform Gap Analysis after mapping and

identify critical documentation to be updated.

iii. Operating Procedure: Improve OP by performing Job Cycle Check.

iv. Mechanical Integrity: Develop Rotating Equipment maintenance strategies

(Mandatory/ Condition Based/ Overhaul) and complement Reliability Dept

procedure and derive for Specific Equipment Reliability Plan.

v. Process Hazard Analysis: Performing various tools for PHA such as

HAZOP, What if/ Check-list, IPF.

vi. Pre-Activity Safety Review: Update checklist for PASR and include as

part of MOC.

. Organizing and provide training to staff on all of the PSM aspects

covering >100 staffs from Managers to Technician.

Major Achievement/ Task:

Implemented Process Safety in Transmission Division and has been a model to

other PETRONAS OPUs. Within a year, all new procedure and policy has been

implementing resulting to HSEMS rating improvement.

Kuantan Compressor Stations.

Level (SIL) for Station and Gas Turbine Unit

iii. Compressor Retrofitting work for new and existing Compressor Unit for

Dresser Rand and Rolls Royce.

iv. Compressor Operability Matrix for Internal Gas Consumption Efficiency

. Lead Upgrading/ Improvement projects and below are the projects lead:

v. Upgrading Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Fuel Gas system

vi. Installation of Vibration probes at Gas Turbine Lube Oil Cooler system

vii. Installation of Differential Pressure Transmitter for Gas Turbine Air

. Track Maintenance Backlogs through SAP system for Compressor Stations.
