Sr. Director, Human Resources and Employee Development
2013 – 2015 Silver Airways Corporation, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Started as the Compensation and Benefits Manager. Promoted to the head of the Human Resources
department, serving on the executive leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO.
• Steered “work smarter” initiative by restructuring the company’s business units and reducing
staff by 23%, without compromising operational performance or customer satisfaction.
• Developed and instructed training programs for frontline supervisors and managers which
included employee relations, diversity, general employment law, sexual harassment,
