I took

business and marketing classes my junior and senior year. I was active in

Decca which was a club for the business and marketing classes those years

also. I was in Teenpower and Starpower groups my freshman and sophomore

years. I played golf all four years and was on the varsity team.

University of Southern Indiana

2002-2003

I majored in business and minored in accountig. Between my credits from

high school not transferring and financial reasons I only completed the one

year and haven't been able with work schedules and finances, but would love

to finish my education eventually.

Objectives

I am looking for a Monday through Friday some Weekends as need so I can

spend more time with my husband, 8 yearold, and soon to be 2 yearold

daughters. The many years of odd hours at Lowe's I missed out on a lot of

their lives and events and it was hard on my oldest sleep schedule when she

started school.

Was working there mainly as a Tax Preparer but would occasionally help out

the front desk which sometimes seemed harder than doing taxes. I am

hopefully going back next season because they will work with whatever

schedule I have, so it will not interfere with my full time job. But

enjoyed helping customers with their taxes and tax questions.

I worked for 7 1/2 years up front as a customer service cashier, where I

was required to answer a multiple line phone and direct calls to the

correct department, wait on customers at the service part of the desk, and

check customers out. I worked a season in outside Lawn and Garden, then

came inside to the Paint desk. I would and loved helping customers pick out

their colors and the correct paint or stained needed for the job they were

doing. I also o .a morning had to get department ready for store opening

like making sure the tint machines were filled and cleaned. A try night we

had to restock product returned, if paint came in have it all put away on

the shelf or in top stock, and as they calked it have my department grand

opening ready.

Part school year of 2000 and all school year of 2001 also worked there a

little in 2003.

To check product in that was received that day for customers and for stock

on the shelf.

Would also have to have outgoing UPS boxes ready for pick up win our

freight would come in.

I assisted customers with their shopping needs, faced product on shelf,

helped make sure the proper items were put on order when low, was also a

cashier and helped make the bank deposits on occasion

To check in customers and If they had a birthday party to walk them through

everything and be there for assistance.

To Keep the front desk are clean and vacuumed if needed

I would also work concession stand and keep inventory of it daily.

Part of 2003 and to the end of 2004

Was to clean around my area at the end of the night like making sure

glasses returned to the bar, ashtrays emptied, all other thrown away. I

also had to vacuum front entrance, wipe down the glass doors, and count my

drawer at the beginning and end of my shift.
