Utilize detailed blue prints to layout and fabricate various aircraft parts (ribs, stringers, doublers, etc.),

using drill press, forming brakes, sheers, grinders, and various hand tools. Coordinate with Engineers

and supervisors on assignments and design changes to blue prints to meet specs. Use STC

drawings (blue prints) and standard inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height

gauges, gauge pins etc., to inspect, approve and issue certs on parts fabricated per FAA regulations.

parts with tight tolerances to .0005. Tooling and machine maintenance. Set up CNC’s by part

positioning, tool offsets and changing speeds and feeds.
