9 vehicles which run on an office hour basis. And it depends on the Operation needs, on call out of

hours and at weekends to deal with any urgent matters.

DUTIES,

*Running a fully operational dispatching service

*Coordinating drivers and crews to send them to appropriate jobs

*Maintaining record of mileage, fuel used, repairs,and other pick-up & Delivery expenses.

*Developing strong working relationship with drivers

*Encoding to data base documents information of the trucking trip

*Responsible for all of the routing of vehicle p-up, delivery, and business trip

*Being the first point of contact for any concern of operation transport

*Making sure that all transport fleet vehicle are properly maintained and serviced

*Organizing vehicle checks before trip

*FCL coordinator In-bound.

Responsible for preparing documents for withdrawal and coordinate the client For delivery.

*Air freight In-Charge.

Responsible to prepare all documents needed and what airline use for loading
