Mini-Project Name:Student Management System

Description: The project titled Student Management System is softwarefor monitoring and

controlling the details of students in an institution .The project “ StudentManagement system”

is developed in java, which mainly focuses on basic operationsin an institution like adding new

member, details of students, and updating new information,searching for students and their

details and details of their marks. The administrator as well as a student can log into the system

with a given user id and password. The administrator can add or rewrite the details of students,

add a new students etc. But a student can only view their details. They cannot edit any

information in the database. The software is easy to use for both beginners and advanced users. It

features a familiarand well thought-out, an attractive user interface, combined with strong

searching Insertion and reporting capabilities.

PRIVACY PRESERVING PUBLIC AUDITING FOR SECURE CLOUD STORAGE

Description:The Project entitled “SECURE MAIL” which is a web application mainly focus on

encryption and decryption. The aim of the project is to develop a tool that allows user to sign his

document digitally and also allow them to authenticate documents, which may be digitally

signed by others. Message integrity, which guarantees that the contents of the message where not

changed when it was in transfer, is also an important security requirement in a distributed

system. It uses two different keys for the encryption of mails. One is a public key and another is

a private key.

A message encrypted with a public key can only be decrypted by the corresponding public key.

Similarly if a message is encrypted by a private key it can only be decrypted by the

corresponding private key. The public key can be used for group mail and private key can be

used for individual mails. This website is mainly developed to provide security while transferring

messages through networks. Using DES (Data Encryption Standard)is a web application mainly

focuses on encryption and decryption of messages. Message encryption guarantees the secure

transfer of messages.
