V Screening and short listing the profiles as per the requirements.
V Calling the candidates and conducting telephonic interviews to test the
communication and confidence levels

V Taking preliminary round interviews and forwarding for further rounds.
V Coordinating with managers for final interviews.
V Getting feedback from the Managers.
V Follow up with the candidates till they join, once got selected.

Induction And Orientation Training:
V Take care of joining formalities of new joiners.
V Collecting all the documents in proof of Educational qualification,
experience, pay slip, age and necessary documents.
V Preparing induction program and scheduling with different departments.
