Job History:
11/20/14 to Present Conoco Project Lead/Construction Manager
Responsibilities include directing projects, contractors from engineering and bids provided by contractors, vendors,
along with time line as required for the project. I hold weekly budget and progress meetings where contractor is held
accountable for progress and budget of T&M (charge) items, also work closely with procurement, vendors and
engineering to assure that projects are met on or before end date of project .I make sure as a team we all follow safety
regulations and procedures that are set forth by HSE/company. Contractors are held to strict safety and environmental
guidelines. Remember all the success is nothing if one man gets hurt.
8/1/14 to 11/1/14 Sr. Chief Inspector/ QIS
Responsibilites to manage inspection of the installation of 49 miles of 12". working
with state and local officals along with land owners association to make sure all of
land owners and share holders were satisfied with all aspects of pipe line lay. we
also made sure contractor followed regulations of High Land Gas.
6/10/14 to 7/13/14 Sr. Chief Inspector / STS
Responsibilities were to oversee the installation of 12 and 24’’ pipe across military
facility. We also had to utilize Native American cultural monitors to make
sure that we did not disturb any American Indian artifacts. We also dealt with
prairie dog and burrow owls. We were under great stress of timelines with
only a 20 day window for across military property to install and reclaim
native grasslands. This job consisted of 5 bores through rock hills and
through 3 wildlife protected areas; not including that we answered to military
timeline. I also had to report to gas company, military commander, town and
wildlife officers. I oversaw all reports for DOT and military presented books
to gas company. This is an unusual project for such a small line; I had 23
inspectors and 2 assistant chiefs. I spent more time explaining things than I
did on the ROW.

Over 14 miles of 16” mainline in Wheeling, West Virginia
Responsible for pipelines, compressor station and interstate bores and plan all

After getting a facility team together I have now moved over to 24” pipeline
and now have been promoted to Sr. Chief/Projects Coordinator that includes
direction of an additional (9) chiefs working on 16 pipelines.
2/14/11 to 4/1/11 Florida Gas Transmission / WICREST: Chief Inspector
Over 12” By-Pass under US Hwy 98 in Bartow, Fl. Working close with FDOT
and city of Bartow, to insure public safety and to oversee company Specs.

11 mile of 24” 1.218 wall natural gas pipeline. Responsible for productivity, safety, and public relation issues as well
as ROW issues that may arise in daily activities, also all record keeping, reviewing contractor invoices and extra
charge items plus also. Also, over restoration of 18 miles of 36” Right of Way. Replacing and repairing environmental
issues and concerns.
01/2010 to 07/2010 Sempra/Bay Gas / WILCREST: Chief Inspector
6 miles of 12” responsible for productivity, safety, and Public
Relations issues as well as ROW issues that may arise in daily activities, also
time keeping, reviewing contractor invoices and extra charge items plus also
over restoration of previous laid 11.5 miles of 42” pipeline ROW
01/2009 to 12/2009 Boardwalk/Englobal Inspections: Welding/Environmental/Utility Inspector
Dig-ups on 42”main line for investigational purposes, in Texas, Arkansas,
Louisiana and Mississippi. Removal and reinstallation of pipe plus restoration
Of ROW in compliance with FERC regulation’s.
07/2008 to 01/2009 Gulf South/Englobal Inspections: Welding/Utility Inspector /Environmental
Mississippi Loop 17.6 miles of 42” main line in Byram, Mississippi. Tested
Welders in yard, both stick and mechanized, inspected welds on firing line
Repairs and tie-ins (560 to 890 walls). I was the inspector over Hydro-testing/
HDD procedures which included interstate and river crossings, along with
the pipe cleaning process. I inspected concrete work, back filling, equipment
moving, installation and removal of mats along with other restoration
processes, including environmental compliance issues,

In charge of all fabrication and welding for Red Dog Mines water filtration
project. Also, worked at Port of Anchorage in shop as fitter/welder and held
various jobs at other parts in Alaska.
