• Enter utility allowance changes into computer and re-calculate rent.
• Track past tenants that owe money and submit to Revenue Recapture.
• Fraud investigation.
• Track parking, assign parking stalls.
• Type and send Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) for all Public Housing, Section 8 Project Based Units
and Redevelopment tenants, past and present.
• Create tenant and family handbooks and monitor for changes as needed.
• Assisted Housing Board packet information monthly.
• Monitor resident’s absence to comply with admissions policy
• Monitor and track status of all unit turnovers, fill vacancies, coordinate with maintenance, contact
utilities.
• Assist resident and their families in resolving concerns and issues. Conduct family forum meetings
• Assist family and managed units in resolving concerns and issues.
• Effectively implement HUD and MHFA policies relating to all aspects of assisted housing program
delivery.
• Coordinate Annual Open House & advertise.
