Luxury High Rise Homes Sales: 30 units sold, price points $287,000.00 to 1.2 million. Year to date during

my management term, an additional 26 reservations for phase two. As the sales manager of 80 unit

luxury high rise my responsible was but not limited to creating and implementing marketing plan for the

developer monthly. Tracking the foot traffic generated via excel spread sheets, detailed daily of foot traffic

feedback of the project from Brokers and buyers.

Submission of many offers for same lot. Liaison between all third parties, seller, buyers, and staff for

HGTV auction in Glendale, California venders, related to the transaction. I enjoyed providing marketing

materials to board members, MLS, nonprofit corporations, business owners in the downtown Los Angele

area on my days off in order to obtain buyers. Analyze buyer’s financial qualifications, debt to income

ratios, review income documentation for the builder’s lender of choice, and obtain home owners

insurance binders for the buyer if needed. Complete loan documents and disclosures for compliance by

using mortgage software. Complete the entire transaction from previewing with the buyer the building,

negotiation of the purchase contracts completion, open escrow, order title, monitor the loan process and

appraisal, assist the buyer’s execution of the loan documents forward to the lender for funding.

Performed walk through with the buyer and seller. Provide a written request of repairs in behalf of the

buyer to the building engineer to complete expeditiously prior to escrow closing.
