Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Scheduling: Create procurement requirements for all materials & services as MOCs (Management of change) are developed. Recommend purchase/procurement orders, integrate material planning with MOCs scheduling, receive exception notifications of pending intermediate and material stockouts, and more.

Replenishment Planning: Recommend just-in-time replenishment orders for materials that consider the lead time and typical lot size from each supplier. Material inventories and replenishment orders are automatically linked to a supply chain simulator so that if MOC schedule changes render material plans infeasible, optimal replenishment will be automatically re-planned.

Procurement and supply planning with keeping in view the JV approved MOCs.

Continuous involvement with user for historical data to identify the major overhauling spend for the MOCs.

Minimization to Contract utilization through historical spend analysis.

Achieving the minimization of budget allocation for MOCs.

Ensuring the consumption of annual budget.

Identifying correct receipt/processing of Asset Purchase Requisitions in accordance with the same and company procurement referring to SAP.

Preparation of “Requests for Quotations” for the acquisition of goods and services, in accordance with Procurement Plan schedule and the company’s procedures using smart source(ARIBA).

Analyzing commercially tenders received by company subcontractors and suppliers.

Prepare bid tabulations for Procurement Manager.

Review/approval and provide assistance in the award process.

Ensuring that evaluated suppliers are in compliance with Company HSE policy and Zero tolerance.

Tender Pre and Post Contract Award Meetings, where matters relating to tender content will be discussed with company, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Negotiate contract terms and conditions and provide advice/assistance in the award process.
