OBJECTIVE: A position utilizing training, experience and skills in a
variety of trades essential to providing comprehensive, state-of-
the-art interior and exterior facility maintenance.
The ideal position would draw on the ability to be an enthusiastic and
dedicated team player, to use communication and common sense to resolve

with clients in customer service related interactions. My approach is based

maintenance program for 2 separate building including inventory control,
budgeting, supervision and hiring of sub-contractors, purchasing,
responsible for making independent decisions regarding prioritization of
highly varied responsibilities dealing with both people and facility
